The Value of your Feedback

Included in delegates conference bags is an evaluation form on the Having a Say conference.  Feedback from these evaluation forms is very useful in organising future conferences, feedback is treated very seriously by the conference organizers. 

	Positive feedback tells us what people enjoy and want to see at the conference.  It tells people who have not been to the conference the good things that happen there.  It is also a pat on the back for the conference organisers who stay enthusiastic knowing that people are enjoying and benefiting from their work.
	Feedback detailing problems or issues lets us identify things that need to be fixed or could be done better.  Sometimes what one person finds as a problem is actually seen as good thing by another delegate so we will consider possible options and alternatives in these cases.
