The Mercure Hotel in Geelong are offering a discounted rate for delegates.  The hotel is located on the corner of Gheringhap Street and Myers Street, approx 10 minute walk from Deakin University.  When booking your accommodation be sure to mention that you are a delegate at the Having a Say Conference.
